Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day dispatch the same day. Standard delivery is next working day via DPD or Palletways (heavy items). Saturday delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge.

We deliver direct to named berths at Southampton, London Gateway, Felixstowe, Immingham and Tilbury. Quote the vessel name, berth number and agent contact at checkout. No additional charge for quayside drops within these ports.
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Contact enquiries@portater.net for a returns number before shipping. Restocking fee of 15% applies to non-defective returns over £250.
